Is anyone either converting most of the info from Civ3 to Civ4 or starting from scratch with the Vikings (or whatever you want to call them)?
I'm fiddling with the idea of using the new utility to try to make this civ, but don't want to if someone else is already doing it and most likely doing a better job of it.
If I did do it I would simply pillage the city names from Civ3, the LH from Civ3, and give them a Beserker UU for starters.
