Is it possible to add "no tech brokering" to Warlords?

Hello all,

Most of the features in BtS do not really interest me, so I haven't purchased it yet. The "no tech brokering" option for a custom game does, however. I was wondering if it was possible to basically rip that code out of BtS and put it in Warlords. Could anyone help me with this?

In the xml files for Technologies, "TechInfos" there's a line "Trade." Replace the 1 with a 0 in every tech. Voila!

(Oh yeah, make a back up copy of the file before you alter it!!)

When trading tech normally, after receiving a tech, isn't there a one turn trading embargo on that tech?

I think the tech brokering option just extends that embargo indefinitely.

No, it means that you can't trade a tech you got traded.
