Is the Civilopedia online yet? I need to study up while working :)

So I'm finding that there is a lot to know in this iteration. For example, adjacency bonuses are difficult to intuit and are not static through the timeline. I can use the +x labels to make a partially informed decision, but I can't plan in advance.

Is there a version of the civilopedia available for online browsing? If I can't play, at least I can learn.
