Is there a fix for the Acheron held bug?

I've captured Acheron, but he remains held. Is there a way to fix this? Can I edit the game save to remove that promotion, or is there some other way to fix this?

I'm pretty sure you can remove it via worldbuilder

if it's single player, you can just remove it via the worldbuilder.

I have the Steam version of BtS. Any idea how, or if, I can access the world builder?

edit: 'sok, I found it...

push ctrl+W once you've loaded the save completely. (or any other time during the game, honestly)
