Is there a mod or an option to be able to control more than one civ?

Is there a way to control more civilizations then just one in CivV? this may sound stupid (why would you want to control more than one?) but if you know how, I would really appreciate if you tell me.

Also, is there a way to play against other people in the same computer, like in CivIV?

SDK_Firetuner allows to control plenty of game features.
HotSeat hasn't been "activated" yet.

But Deep_Blue did with some attempt at a Cheat_Engine, IIRC.

I found out that through the GAME tab you can switch between civs, but you loose one turn to autoplay for the rest of the civs. Is there a way to switch without loosing one turn? Do I have to make an edit or another action control?
