I was playing WW2 Europe mod, and the No AI ever burned the city

But When I played World War 2 European Front mod Germany and Finnish burnt my whole russian city down.

Is there any way I can fix this?

I tried to look for Civ3QEdit but It I couldn't find any

Please help!!

You can't change this AI-behaviour by editing the .biq.

If you want to play a mod with a lot of preplaced cities, you should probably consider using one of the (hacked) "NoRaze" conquests.exe files, which (I've heard) prevents the AI-Civs (but not the human player) from razing captured towns.

A site-search should find the various threads.

Well, putting a world wonder in every city will do the trick. One needs to create lots of dummy world wonders. This does not seem like the best approach.

This is correct, but only for scenarios with a maximum of 256 cities on a fixed map. Rocoteh and El Justo did this partly in their great scenarios WW2 Global and AoI, but they were very happy when the SOE-team - and here especially Bad Kharma - brought the No-Raze Patch, created by Skyer2, to work with C3C. You have a maximum of 512 cities in C3C, but only a maximum of 256 buildings. The idea of a Great Wonder, that spawns a Great Wonder in every city of a civ was unfortunately not working.

The best way to stop the AI-city-razing in scenarios is defenitely the use of the NO-Raze Patch.
