Is this a copy of Call to Power II ? AGES OF MAN

I just saw this game this morning, it looks almost identical to CTPII

You need the original CTPII to play it. It's like some sort of add-on to it.
But the graphics are totally out-of-date. It's like a game of 1999 in 2005 !!

I wonder If they are actually doing this to confuse people with the upcoming CivIV, hmmm This game will be sold from April onwards, suspicious to say the least ...

I was wrong. It's some fan who loves CTPII and has decided to mod it.
I have to admire that courage.

CtP is one of the worst Civ clones ever.Why one would waste their time is a mystery
