I was trying new civs in C3C and then I found Mongols which had started on a one-tile island:crazyeye:
EDIT: That map is NOT made by me, it's fully random

:hmm:

How did you get the nationality in the city name?

 Well, I hope Ghengis can swim! OTOH, nobody's going to be bothering him for a while either... got Marines? :fish:

If he uses the Carragh he will be able to settle that cow area there, and his capital is invincible atleast until the late industrial age, unless you have the scandinavians in the game.

Nice cow area btw ;)

wow thats unlucky, and alot of cows! is the colour blind help thing in ptw or just conquest? because i think ive only seen it in conquest screenshots.

It's in both, I thought it was in normal Civ3 too.

for those of you who are getting anxious about the cows, see those volcanoes to the NE...

Yeah, but there is a position where you can place the city and get 5 cows, and 2 wheat and be safe from the volcanoes.

in a 18 city square city yes, but still, the volcanoes have a range of 2, and while not directly destroying the city, they could kill military units /workers, and not allow someof the cows to be worked

ahhh... I thought they had their shield generator turned on.

Nice. When I first saw the screenie, I thought they had a city in the sea...

But man, try to settle those cows there! Some supercity will it be or what!

EDIT: My 1000th post! Yay! :D

Ville, you better hump a settler up to those cows and wheat quick as you can, or you'll end up paying tribute to the Mongol hordes.

The Mongols' Expansionist trait is doing them a whole lot of good
