Naturally. I was extremely annoyed that Civ5 Elizabeth did not speak Elizabethan English. Which is +1 reason I'm disappointed she's not returning in Civ6 for a more proper portrayal. Even more so since I'd be surprised if they chose both Victoria and Elizabeth in the event we get multiple leaders (yes, I'm aware they did in Civ4).

I agree, Victoria was Queen of the British Empire and the United Kingdom, not England.
