Issues with my UI

Hi friends, my UI is messed up after playing Vox Populi and returning to vanilla BNW. Yes, I launched with mods off! My issues are at the top left of the page it shows happiness off and policies off and is also missing what used to come to the right of the diamond and a couple other things. Please tell me how to get this back the way it used to be. Thx... neilkaz ..
