Its Here Problem

There is a problem with Its Here!. We have many citizens, and many are not using there bonuses. I fear we have over 10000g in unused bonuses. Also, we have retired people who have bounuese and arent going to use them.

Case in point: Grandmaster. he told me via pm to use whatever it took to keep the NGEG alive. does that mean i can go into his account and spend his cash on a headquarters and the land for it? Can i have a ruling based on my own rules?

also- 150g all you can eat in the eatery.

but this "its here" bonus runs out in a few hours anyway so we dont really have anything to worry about as the money is not allowed to be spent any more from then on also how about bonuses ahve a max time of like 2 weeks

If he authorized you to keep the business going then you should be able to do so.
