Today I bring you Jamaica Mod, adding Jamaican Empire to Warlords.

To install, just unpack archive you downloaded to [Civ4]\Warlords\Mods\
If you want to have Jamaica in your game by default, copy Assets folder from archive to Custom Assets.
All work by AndyTerry, except some graphics taken from Pirates! mod by Dogbeard.

Jamaican Empire
Leader 1 - Modyford (Expansive/Financial); fav civic - Slavery
Leader 2 - Bustamante (Organized/Charismatic); fav civic - Emancipation
UU - Ship of the line (replaces Frigate) - 4; 8; can bombard city defences (-20%), causes collateral damage
UB - Tavern (replaces Grocer) - +25 ; +2 ; +1 from Banana, Spices, Sugar, Wine; +1 from Wine
