I'm not sure where do i have to post such question, so i try to post it to general forum.

I need a japanese translation of civ3 con 1.22. i couldnot find it on web.
maybe somebody here can help me, thank you

Well, that kinda depends on what you're asking.

If you want the Japanese 1.22 Civ3:Conquests patch, it can be found here. The patch is multilingual.

I want files with resourses from where Civ takes strings, translated in Japanese using, Hiragana, Katakana, Characters.. . In order to practice in Japanese while playing game? you know?

You'll have to buy Civ3 in Japanese to get that. After-market translations don't exist, AFAIK. There is a util to translate scenarios into French or German from English, I believe.

But any uploading of files would be considered piracy here, and as such not allowed.
