I was just about to make a post saying I was having problems with Nick 2. I tried to start a game with him and I immediately CTD'd. So I started a game with Rob's Punt civilization and I periodically receive 2 free Military Engineers in my capital (so apparently the code is lingering). I'll download this update and see if it fixes the issue.

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the place to post it, but I think I've found a mistake in the YNAEMP compatibility. I think you may have mixed up Russia and Germany. I found that Germany would settle St. Petersburg and Russia would settle Berlin. You can find a picture of this occurring here.

They're in the same order as your texts just behind the tag <!-- de_DE Section -->

By the way, there was a parsing error in this file caused by a single quote after
LOC_DIPLO_DENOUNCE_REASON_FROM_AI_LEADER_ANY_REASON_AGENDA_JFD_PASSION_BEARER_MODIFIER_LAGS_FAITH
instead of a double quote.
I don't know whether this is a problem to Civilization, but my XML-Editor came up with this error.

The Regiment Vieux is a retexture of the Redcoat, that Deliverator did. It may swap out other parts. The Panzer and Char B1 have retextures.

No. Firaxis' map isn't currently accessible to modders.
