jgl.dll error

Whenever I put the CIV 3 CD in i get this error: "jgl.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error." Im running it on Windows Vista and it is not installed. how do i fix this?

A little Google search came up with a numbers of entries, including this one.

Try reinstalling. That's you're best bet. Also try compatibility mode.
