I kind of lost count of the turns and probably played a few more than ten. This is likely to be a bit of an unstructured report as I didn't keep a very good turnlog either.
Started off by doing a bunch of trades: Lib to Sury for optics and engineering. Lib to Sal for music and 900 gold. Spent our meagre cash upgrading four CR units to rifles. Deleted a whole bunch of obselete lvl1/2 units.
First turn Qin demands we cancel deals with Cherry Chopper. Qin may not be our closest friend but he's certainly our closest enemy so I cave in cravenly.
A few turns pass. Couple of theatres get built. Several redcoats get drafted, couple more units get upgraded. Spies start heading towards Medina.
Turn 5. You say you want a revolution? Well you know, we all want to change the world. A mere three turns of anarchy and we've adopted slavery, bureaucracy and free religion. Odd combination? I don't think so!
Turn 6 and Bonehead demands 550 gold we'd painstakingly amassed. I advise him to place his demand in a sunless region. Spend the cash on another upgrade.
Turn 7 comes the moment of Doom.
Declare on Sally!

Is that a big stack or are you just pleased to see me?
Sally's camel archers capture Narjan. A fine start to the war indeed.
Turn 8 and Sally's big stack is no more than a smear on the landscape (at the cost of a couple of redcoats and a cat). A great general appears in Nottingham! Cool

.
Time to move a bit and heal a bit. Great general becomes a nice doctor.
Recapture Narjan, kill three CAs, lose redcoat.
Turn something or other (1535 ad). A spy is rumbled in Medina. The other one daringly and succesfully completes his city revolt mission. Sally has a dozen units parked in Medina including a few CG2 longbows/xbows. Catapults die by the score (actually 4 of them). A redcoat dies (at 99.8% combat odds

). Medina is captured. Hey, where's the beach man? What, you mean this ain't surf city? It gets razed.
By a complete coincidence a great engineer appears in London. How weird is that?
Sally's power is falling (it'll fall even further next turn after the loss of Medina is registered) but we're down to 2 cats and about 18 redcoats.
