Just a pet (tortoise) peeve

Umm I raise tortoises and I don't know of any of them that can swim without drowning if left alone too long. The barbarian ones in game that just float in the oceans just bother me

Turtles swim and can live in water not tortoises. Torts like to dig burrows and eat grass

Actually, the ocean is only 3 inches high, but highly toxic to ALL life, except tortoises.

And sea monsters.

Haven't you seen them in-game? They all have a permanent water-walking promotion that they even have a special animation for, they just walk on top of the waves

My pet peeve is that there doesn't seem to be a way to catch them that I can figure out. Not that a bunch of defensive, one movement creatures would be that useful...

You should be able to make a flesh golem and squish in units with waterwalking and beast capturing. Then you can go collect a Greater Erebian Water-Tortoise of your very own.

Get a Speaker to summon a Kraken, that should make a good base for the golem.
