Just a quick Question

Before i start this thread up i want to make clear that my native language is not english so please forgive me if my sentence structure isn't up to par.

My question is related to the BUG MOD.

I've got civilization 4 bts for a long time and played it al lot, so i looked in to some mods to make my overall experience more fun.

But something happened when i installed the mod.
Everything looks fine except something really annoying is goin on when i scroll over my units. Their names are far to long for some reason and when i have a stack of them i cant even tell how many units i have.

Example: this is the name of one of my units when i'm at 2680BC

warrior 1 (uruk) warrior.

This is way to long i just want it to say warrior.

I tried everything but i can't find the option to simplefy it?
Can someone lend me hand?

There is a BUG Mod naming option. It is turned on by default. I agree with you that it is not a good thing. You need to turn it off. If I recall correctly, it is on the tab in BUG Options labeled Unit Plots. (If it isn't that, it is something similar.) It is a check box at the top of the tab's screen. Just click on the box to remove the x. That will turn off the BUG naming option and return you to standard BTS names. It only affects new units. If you want to simplify the names of units that have already been named, click on the unit to select it. Then click on the name of the unit in the box at the lower left of the screen. A popup will open, allowing you to rename the unit. This popup, by the way, is part of BTS not BUG.

The way you described it, was pretty much spot on.
Except the tab in the bugoptions is called unit naming not unit plots.
