dunno, 26 looked like the guy that would get the "you seem trustworthy" diplomacy bonus in FFH 
btw, judging from that pic, Kael looks happy
edit: funny fact - I didn't have the picture right before my eyes when I originally posted this, and I had written "28" instead of "26" ... now THAT would have got me clubbed in the face... rightly so I guess
