UU: Commander (Replaces Great General) -
Can build "Pillars" which grant units standing adjacent or on the tile with +10% more defense :c5strength: from ranged attacks :c5war:.

UI: House of Worship -

Mughal Empire (Akbar)
UA: Imparatorluk birleştirici (Unifying the Empire) -

Old Version
Spoiler :

UA: Prosperity of Emperor Akbar -

Few things:

1. The names of the civilization, or the leader, shouldn't be a part of the unique component's name.
2. The UA should represent a general idea, or a feature of the civilization it belongs to. However, it can't simply be the said idea\ feature. Desire for conquest is something shared by many civilizations across the history, from the Early Rome to Modern era dictators such as Mussolini and Hitler. You can't have it as the UA's name, since its too generic. Same goes for the commander: commanders were present in every (or nearly every) civilization. They aren't unique to the Mayura. That also applies to the house of Worship, which is, again, not unique at all. Its a feature of any religion, and India is full of religions(!). And the tech its unlocked in is a bit too late for a Mayura civ...
3. When picking unique components you have to take their prime function and the place they belong to into account. The court of Akbar being unlocked at writing isn't really appropriate, considering that Akbar didn't live in that period. Even if we ignore that, there's the fact that... I assume that Akbar didn't have a court in every city, right?
4. About the Musketeer, I don't think it really fits Akbar. If anything, a Musketeer UU should replace musketman, and even then it doesn't really belong to the Indian Subcontinent. It is also already used in game as the French UU....

So... I suppose that's it. I hope you will take my feedback into account and revise your designs...

Took your advice and I await to hear what you have to think about the new, more revised designs :)

India Split Part 2

India (Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan)

UA: A Scholar's Philosphy -
Science :c5science: output is increased by +1 for every 10 Faith :c5faith: being output. Specialists of any type provide +1 Science :c5science: to this civilization.

UU: Shiksha (Replaces Library) -
For every Worker produced and inside city borders gain +2% more Science :c5science: output. During Golden Ages :c5goldenage: this is increased to +4%.. (Max: 24%)

UI: Bada Girja -
Can only be built on Plains. Yields :c5faith: and +1 Gold :c5gold:. For every 2 policies in Piety and Patronage adopted the Faith :c5faith: output is increased by +1.

Nice design! Though if you get science from faith, you shouldn't get both from the same source, as it can lead to overpowered stacking...

Nice design! Though if you get science from faith, you shouldn't get both from the same source, as it can lead to overpowered stacking...

Fixed. Only receive Science :c5science: from specialists now.

Anyone have ideas for how to finish or improve upon this design?

Ethiopia-icon.png
Ethiopia Expansion

Ethiopia (Tewodros II)

UA: The Standing Army -
All non-mounted military units gain +1 more movement :c5moves: than normal and have +22% Defense :c5strength: and +11% Strength :c5war: if they moved before attacking an enemy unit. During the time of a Golden Age :c5goldenage: this is increased to +33% Defense :c5strength: and +22% Strength :c5war:

UU: Renown Craftsman (Replaces Great Engineer) -
Can be expended to rush production :c5production: twice but at a smaller rate and cannot build any unique tile improvements.

UB/UI: ??? -

What does any of that has to do with Tewodros? We can't have a design for every single ruler of every civ... And while he might've done something remarkable, he didnt contribute quite enough to be designable IMO.

Scandinavia Expanison - Norway (REVISED)

Kingdom of Norway (Harald III)

UA: The Battle for Kingship -
When attacking another civilization's capital :c5capital:, any unit that attacks :c5war: is healed a small amount of health for each attack :c5war: on the city and gathers Gold :c5gold: for your Civilization. All units within enemy borders gain +22% Defense :c5strength: from attacks made by Siege or Ranged units.

UU: Vikinger (Replaces Spearmen) -
When attacking units with stronger strength :c5strength: than yours gain a small boost in Health for each attack :c5war: towards the enemy.

UB: Boathouse (Replaces Harbor) -
Grants all naval units with +11% more attack bonus towards cities and city-connections between coastal cities yield +2 Gold :c5gold:.

While I don't like single effect UAs, its quite nice and I think its a generally nice design, despite lacking synergy.

Swedish Expansion
(Part 1 of 3)
Wasn't sure whether I should give a Military UU or not, so feedback would be nice :)

And why are you posting your designs here?
This is Keniisu's thread, dedicated to his designs and to feedback relating to them. You can't just post that out of the blue...

You make a good point, but I do assume from his perspective it was a thread for him to request a Civ to be made though the fact still stands.

America (Theodore Roosevelt)
UA: Glory of The New World
Receive a Culture :c5culture: boost when discovering Natural Wonders and during the time of a Golden Age :c5goldenage: Tourism :tourism: output is increased by +33%.

UI: National Park -
Can only be built next to Natural Wonders. Yields +3 Tourism :tourism:, +3 Culture :c5culture: and +2 Gold :c5gold: when worked. During Golden Ages the Gold output is increased to +4 Gold :c5gold:.

UU: Great Economist (Replaces Great Merchant) -
When expended gain a boost in Tourism :tourism: with every met civilization. Can build a Bank which yields +3 Gold :c5gold: and +2 Production :c5production: when worked.

Kinda weird design... A great merchant unit for Roosevelt? Plus, that tile improvement is useless. Simply a worse custom house, with a small production boost which is hardly of any use... I mean, its supposed to be late game civ. The national park is OP early on. BTW, you'll get tourism from culture with tourism buildings, so the +3 tourism on top of the culture boost isn't really necessary....

Alright, fair critique. I tweaked the design a bit as I see where it falls short. :)

How about this?

America (Theodore Roosevelt)
UA: Glory of The Modern World
Receive a Culture :c5culture: boost when discovering Natural Wonders and during the time of a Golden Age :c5goldenage: Tourism :tourism: output is increased by +33%. and Great Merchants/Engineers :c5greatperson: are earned 20% faster.

UI: National Park -
Can only be built next to Natural Wonders. Yields +2 Great Merchant :c5greatperson: points and +2 Culture :c5culture: when worked by a city.

UU: White Fleet (Replaces Destroyer) -
Has a much greater strength of 59 :c5strength:, but a lowered movement speed of 4 :c5moves:. Has a bonus percentage of defense :c5strength: increasing with your current tourism :tourism: output.
