Oil discovery on marshes was slower than expected

Yes, I imagined the Oil discovery should happen quite fast but that didn't end up being how the city events system decided to work. The events trigger is 100% likely, but the selection for a city to receive an event depends on several factors I don't fully understand and so sometimes the events happen at a delay. I think I tried making the event ignore the global event cooldown but it didn't seem to accelerate matters. I think there is probably a time delay between city events that can be changed in the base VP but I decided not to mess with that.

Yan Lifida and Mburichi both obsolete at one upgrade tech ahead instead of two (Yan Lifida at Metallurgy instead of Combustion, Mburichi at Industrialization instead of Atomic Theory). Is this intended?

It's not intended for the Yan Lifida.
I have this fixed on my end following a report from @ridjack, I was waiting for a response from him before updating.
Specifically, how significant are the GAP from the UA event when they arrive? He said not very, so I'm wondering what a better number is (2x, 3x as much?)

May also increase the religious strength of the Mburichi. On the one hand you are better off using Missionaries to spread right now. On the other hand Mburichi can be trained with or purchased with , so is it dangerous to give them too much?
