Keyboard Shortcut Question

In this video how do I do what the player is doing at 23:52. He holds down a button over a tile he's thinking about making a city on and he has a big fat cross appear.

Also is there a way I can see all the big fat crosses of my cities if I have a few. I saw that in another video. Hold down something and I can see the tiles that are part city radius' within the cultural borders owned by me???

I think he's using the BUG mod. That mod allows you to plant BFCs for planned cities. I think it's cntrl-X. (I've been doing it so long it's muscle memory.)

Alt-X lets you set the color, place, remove, and see the marked BFCs. Control-X toggles visibility on and off for BFCs that you currently have marked, without leaving the regular play mode for the BFC marking mode.
