In a recent multiplayer game, I noticed a bug with the Khazad vaults. We were playing a cooperative game, and I had the Khazad with a powerful military while he was building wonders and infrastructure. When I took over AI cities near my friend's lands, I would gift them to him. Imagine our surprise when an orc or vampire ciry that was captured by the dwarves and gifted to the elves after 10 turns or so would retain its dwarven vault. He got the bonus for the dwarven vaults in all of the cities that I gifted him. Now if only he could have returned the favor by sending his elven workers to develop cottages and mines in my forest...oh well, one extra bug would not fix the other :)

Thanks for the info. I was playing patch f, and hadn't seen it discussed yet.
