Killed Trader Not Rebuildable

I built a Trader and connected him to a City State. But after he had built a road to the CS and was on the way back to my Capital, a Barbarian killed him. After that, I could not build another Trader in the Capital for a long, long time as the option was ghosted out as if the Trader was still there.

Can you post a save file from right after your trade unit was killed and before the option to build a new trade unit reappeared?
