Kingdom Come: Deception (Game Thread)

Tim: Tak is slanking, I'm voting for him.
Tak: <crickets>
Pzelda: That's a cheap vote and a solid defense.

Tak doesn't have a solid defense, but he gets mislynched almost every game. There's a chance he's a wolf, but people don't vote him for wolfy behaviour. They vote him for inactivity.

Wait your turn.

For him inactivity is wolfy behavior. When he is town he runs around acting wolfy.

Towny can be tone, interactions with others, solving, activity in general and most importantly perspective.

I will take a look at his posts.

So, what on that list does Tak have going for him?

And I disagree. You base your read on meta, yet you experienced him being inactive for days as town yourself.

At first sight do you know what Pzelda was referring to there?

i'm illiterate so i'm not keeping a .txt file as i often sometimes do, but here goes:

1. Timsup2nothin doing the same thing as i but up the wrong tree
2. Lord Argon mislynch fodder this early
3. Topsecret at least he's active
4. Takhisis same as #2

5. Pzelda he moaned something about being bandwaggoned about 100 posts ago iirc
6. Rrraskolnikov LYNCH THIS ONE WHEN I'M DEAD AND PROVEN TOWNIE, UNLIKE MY MASTER
7. JohannaK not outside his meta
8. Csargo ehh
9. MarcherJovian cannot read him
10. Dolbster he's trying
11. Rakkoon waggon! i actually barked something in dutch and he answered so he is reading the thread, jut lurking the crap out of it
12. GamezRule low participation
13. Samson is actually reading the thread
14. Visorslash i need him to answer post #283
15. Golden1Knight i don't remember him as a player other than that he played so i cannot read him, not that he's posting much

Shoulda said something about that post but hit enter too early. Damn my paws, eh Tak?

MarcherJovian's entire EOD votes look like antispew.
Self-vote, before that an abstention, before that he always voted with Timsup2nothin… maybe there's the pattern, MarcherJovian not wanting to vote with Timsup2nothin a third time.

TS, Pzelda...do you guys think that my "solution" to this kind of problem would have been having a wolfmate commit suicide?

Afternoon Tally

Takhisis: GamezRule, Pzelda
Golden1Knight: Timsup2nothin, JohannaK
Timsup2nothin: Golden1Knight, Takhisis

Abstaining: Topsecret

There are 12.5 hours left. As a reminder, whilst voting is not strictly mandatory, posting and voting is the only way for anyone to win this game. A ghost thread serves no one's purposes.

So now we're into room page 101.

I was wondering why Mr. Tim is still alive… all the kills make sense. Visor is always a good choice for a first-night kill, then there's the claimed masons, both of whom were trying to solve and had faced no counter-claim, and then there's the claimed-and-not-counterclaimed-either town doctor Tsargo.

vote: Timsup2nothin

That's not a reason to vote Tim, it's wifom. Wolves targeted claims and not Tim. Your case sounds like you're setting him up for mislynch.

Probably not yours solution, I think you would fight for Jovian hard. Here your position was on an opposing wagon, but not really arguing against lynching Marcher.
You see, analysis of wagons and posts are both important as wagons can point at someone, but also there are often unfortunate townies making bad votes all game. That said LA wasn't a bad vote and Tak's going against his own words in his posts on the previous page. He pointed that Marcher abstaining meant he was thrown under the bus there and that they probably were linked with LA, the traitor, because of that. Ok, that's quite possible but I think wolves would prefer to sacrifice him d3, then, and keep LA alive.

Although, thinking about it some more asking us like this is quite manipulative. I stand behind my words, but asking us do you think I would do this? isn't the way to convince people of your towniness.

Wait, we're in that D2 scenario again? The triple tie? I dont like this one bit. I think it is time for TS to decide. Personally I feel like G1K is possibly a red herring, but I can't decide between Tim and Tak. I see what Tak means. I see it! I voted Tim yesterday on the strength of that. But Tak's not looking too hot himself.

Ultimately, I think the body of evidence points at Tim more. We've been fooled by Tim before. I don't know. I don't wanna know :(

Bottom line: if we stay tied to EoD, I shall be switching my vote, and righr now I am inclined to switch to Tim.

I was kinda planning on convincing everyone of my towniness by getting lynched. I'm fairly certain Tak has at least one or two more bottles of WIFOM to pour out by EoD. He wouldn't have started if he wasn't pretty sure he could finish me off.

The issue is, who is his partner, because once I prove towny at the gallows Tak will get lynched tomorrow no matter how many new role playing personas he grows overnight to account for his "mistake."

Regardless, I am still thinking, but vote: Takhisis

I don't remember unvoting. But I don't say I didn't... I know I thought about it. I can't remember and can't find it.

I think that seals the deal, doesn't it? If I change my vote, I tie, but Tak still gets lynched, and Tim wont change to self-vote. Similarly, Tak could change votes but he would still get lynched and GK wont change to self-vote either.

unvote; vote: Tim

Apparently I only manipulated one of you though, so that's interesting.

Other than voting mechanics, could you attach some reasoning?

The only thing I know right now, is that lynching one clears the other. That's the thing that's clear for me. And I'd rsther lynch Tim than Tak, as it stands.

One of you has got to be the wolf, and the other is either GK or TS, I think GK, obviously.but if it comes down to the two of you, I think I trust Tak more.

Cool. So that brings us to the problem of the second LYLO.

Assume, just for the sake of argument, that you lynch me and I flip green. Person X gets NKed and you lynch Tak who flips red. Person Y gets NKed and there's you, person A, and person B. How do you see yourself voting there?
