Anyone play this game? I just recently bought an Xbox soley for it. It is a fun battlefield tactics RTS. I have only beaten Ellen's campaign so far but plan to start Rupert's tonight. Ellen's was kind of short. Are they all that short? (10 missions) or do they get longer as it seems Ellen is the "starter campaign" sort of. Rupert may be a starter too.

Anyone know if KUF:Crusades is just as good? I would love to see this game be expanded on. The battlefield is is awesome as well as the unit upgrade/level system.

:hmm: No one plays this? OK, I will post some stuff about it for the heck of it then. Here are some screenshots I pulled off the internet. You can't see the GUI in these pictures but there really isnt much GUI to the game. Add a list of about 4 general's names on the top left of the screen and their unit's healthbar along with you own - and then add a skill point par at the bottom of the screen. Then a minimap in the upper right that grows with thr R-Trigger.

These are a couple of the Heroes you can play the story through with as each side of the war I believe. I haven't beaten it yet. All of these are taken while someone was playing not as movie freeze frames.

Leinhart (Half-Vampire)
Faction-Vellond Empire (Dark Elves)
Weapons: Unkown (But it looks like he uses a sword. I can't play him yet.)

Rupert (Human)

There is more pictures and some info on the game here.

Here is just some pictures of units without any heroes in them fighting as well. You run into those wyverns pretty often as well as scorpions. But I am not very far into it yet, I am betting that playing as the bad guys is going to be pretty tough. Or it looks that way. Anyways here is the pics.

Nope!

I have been looking at Crusader but haven't been sure if I wanted to buy it yet. As for the story, that answers my question as to why you can't play Gerald but I already kind of figured it was why. :)
I havent played past Walter's 1st mission. I dont like his controls. But his special makes his entire unit invincible for about 15 seconds. It took me a little while to adjust to Rupert's slow butt after playing as Ellen. She is just a bad ass with that aerial bow shot. Walter for some reason is even slower than Rupert and he only carries a mace.

Have you played it on Xbox live yet? If so, how well did they do live? Do they actually have a decent setup on there or is it just load the army off of a previous save and use them? Eventually I plan on getting Xbox live and giving this game a whirl on it to se how wel it handles MP. But mostly I am going to get XBox live for the Ghost Recon series.

Nope!
