Every time korea build science building in capital it get huge science boost.
What makes it OP bug is, that it works even after selling such building.

Therefore if you have enough cash (and esp. with rush buys cut to 50%) you can generate insane ammount of research.

That's definitely an exploit. It would stand to reason to only get the boost the first time you build a particular science building.

I don't have the DLC so can't personally confirm it. However sounds certain enough that it can be added to confirmed bugs.
