Local Counsels Responsibilities for Procumbent of Funds to Offset Maintenance by the means of Raising Tolls on frequently Used Roads within the Borough

This mod makes roads and railroads add gold yield to the tiles they are built on SO if worked by a city can offset some of their cost

The cost has been raised and the yield set to match the new cost this means the most cost-effective road between is not longer just the shortest but the one that runs though tiles most likely to be worked

yet to be added

Spoiler :

1. Update civilopedia to show the changes made
2. Only allow roughs to be built if next to existing roughs of the same type or city (this is to stop people just building a odd bit of road over a hex they know they will use)

Did you mean procurement instead of procumbent? If you actually meant procumbent, I'll agree with jenks that it is the worst named mod of all time, but a cool idea.
