The Cuzco Alliance
1. The Cuzco Alliance holds permant Head Quarters in the Inca city of Cuzco.
2. Other names such as:
The Cuzco Pact
The Treaty of Cuzco
or The Meso American-Alliance
Will be treated as synonyms.
3. The Cuzco Allliance serves as a Non-Aggression Pact. The current members are the Aztecs, the Maya and the Inca. These numbers may not be extended or will a European Civilization ever be part of the Cuzco Alliance.
4. The Cuzco Alliance serves as a Right of Passage or Open Borders Agreement. All units from Incaland, Mayaland or the Aztecs may pass through all other members lands without restriction. Right of Passage Agreements are to be signed at first contact in-game. They are to be free and no profit is to be made off of them.
5. If one member posesses a resource or luxery that another member does not they must share this resource at no cost.
6. All members must continuely keep a sustained technology pace. All members must share technology for no profit amongst its members.
7. Every member must share the size of its military to each other.
8. All plans for military invasion must be shared to other members. If war is declared by a member on another nation without informing other Cuzco Pact members then the other members may retain neutrality.
9. Battle plans must be shared with other Cuzco Pact members.
10. All secret treaties between Cuzco Pact members and another member must be told to the remaining member. Secret Treaties will not be told to the opposing power it concerns. If it is told, the Secret Treaty members may begin an Invasion of said "Weasel Nation."

It is down to Civlord to get this game started but I doubt that is going to happen now.
