Laptop problem

Ok, small problem/query. I have a laptop, so don't have the usual number pad to use to move. So, I can go North, South, East and West,and have worked out that Pg Up and Pg Down move my character as well. Another guide said Home and End can be used for the other 2 movements, but on my laptop, Pg Down and Pg Up are on the same keys as the Home and End buttons.

So, do you know what I should do? Is there another button I can use, or is there a way to edit the buttons that are used?

Just use your mouse, that's probably easiest. I've had to adapt, and it's not that hard after a bit.

For about $30, you can get a USB keypad that will sit right next to your keyboard.

Yeah, the mouse is really the best way to go here. Even the touchpad is problematic, get a USB mouse for $10 off of newegg.com and carry it around.

Touchpad is difficult. But most Laptops have a 'Function' taste, allowing to use other keays (usuaally 7-8-9/u-i-o/j-k-l; with i resembling the '5') as numerical pad.
Still, not very comfortable.

It's possible with the touchpad, just not very good to use. My turns ended up being over twice as long simply because it takes so long to move the mouse across the screen.

I have a laptop, but I bought a mouse. Best thing that ever happened to me.

a mouse is a must. The function key can suffice for a while.. but it drove me nuts after five mins when i last tired. Mice are so cheap just get one soon!
