Large Stack Graphical Glitch

when i <select all> on a large stack sometimes the entire stack moves a few squares, then moves back again

when i fight with a large stack, the battle animation is missing

I do have the same thing.

When i already have formed a group,but - because i forgot this -
click again on 'select all', the whole group begins moving in
south-west direction till it stops, sometimes only one tile,
sometimes till end of the map. When you click again on the
group, it immediately turns back to the original position and
you can play on as if nothing strange has happened. And the
moved group can land anywhere!
