Last city placement poll, Term 1

I apologize in advance if you feel slighted that your suggestion was not considered. The top two sites will be settled. Half of the sites eliminated were proposed by myself, if it's any consolation. The sites left were those that received support in the discussion thread. Here is the map with the locations:

I just looked over the map again...

Not only does Rome not have any iron currently connected, but there is only 1 hill and 1 mountain tile as yet unaccounted for, if even those.

Anyway, while Site 5 North would have blunted any horses, 5 South has good development Potential. And Cuts off Roman Iron.

Only 5S actually have a strategic use for next term, and I know what I am talking about, seize this first to stop Roman UU and Golden Age.
If the Romans settle the Iron first, I will hold all the voters for other options accountable.

I agree with Provo about Rome and no iron, but I would settle on 5N instead as I don't want such a severe overlap between our cities.

Site 4 (S or E). Get those cities linked up. Build up our core first, then settle outwards. We have too many holes still.

Actually, I'd like Rome to get the Iron so we can have an 'interesting' conflict between our samurai and their legions. But alas, everyone only wants a war that will be easy.

Ahhh, never. Wisconsin cows forever. The only reason that California cows are so happy is that they smoke the grass intead of eating it.
