Launch space ship

I was ahead of everyone in a game. And built a space ship. When any component was ready, game gave me a choice to launch it. As soon as I completed all components I could not access my space ship to launch it.

Any comments about it.
Is it normal in the game, that you need to try launch a space ship without some components?

You couldn't access the screen?
Try presing F10.
Other than that, I dunno

If your Space Ship is not yet completed the launch button is not operating.
Once you complete the last component, then the lauch button highlight in yellow and when you hit the button you can see a video of your space ship leaving your 'world'.

Why you could not access?
I see 3 possible reasons
AA/ you are playing beyong year 2050.
BB/ you did not allow space ship victory when you set your game.
CC/ you already won your game by another way and decide to play further.
