LC's Deity LP #4 - Poland!

This sounds...interesting. I haven't played the Boreal script. What should I expect other than "cold"? And what "strong" civ would you recommend? I am a scrub with culture.

Riverside tundra is a blessing with that script. ;) Quite a few rivers on it though. Usually big distance between civs, lots of terrain, which .. shouldn't be settled. AI will settle it anyway, of course. So, domination wise - it isn't easy. Very small lux variety too. I think it's mostly silver, marble and salt. As a result need huge road networks. But i think it favors cultural game play due to distance between civilizations.

It's the same set of culturally strong civs which have advantage on any map: Siam, Ethiopia, France, Brazil, Shoshone, Egypt and such.

EDIT: the biggest leverage on this map is Dance of the Aurora. ;) Goes away fairly fast though.

Hey! I know you've put this on hold for a bit, so I'm not sure if you already started the England game - the new Western Europe map in the Scrambled Continents map pack is very fun, so you could do it on that as well.

I thought about it but $5 for a map pack(most of which I will never use) when they're holding ANOTHER $5 map pack for the future just feels like a ripoff to me. Between those two and the previous pack that's $15 just for a bunch of maps. Not something I want to support with my money :/

Hi light cleric

Wanted to thank you for the lets plays as ive watched them all and thought its the decent thing to do. The china one is my favourite, the start to that game was just crazy.

Are you planning any more? I would love to see you take the zulus through a pangaea(?) and steam roll some civs.
