leader choice

I always thought Elizabeth as a leader for England was arbitrary. What about Boedicia, Henry IV or even Oliver Cromwell, Queen Victoria or Churchill for that matter?
If every nation had a few choices of leader each could have an additional unique unit and a prefered 'time zone' in which Golden ages are more likely.
So because Henry IV is a military leader of the middle ages during this period militray benefits are received whilst under Victoria scientific, Cromwell, lets say, industrious and so on.

P.s. I havn't played CivIII conquests so dont know if its been already tried.

The problem with this is, that it is a lot of work to create more leaders (without giving much new), I hope they rather concentrate on gameplay and AI.

I like his idea. I hope they save time and put everything into this one so they don't come out with 2 expansions. Which I know they will just to get more money.

Unfortunately, this would put a bit more stress on Modders.

But you could always have it so that there is only one availible on Mods.
