hmmm for some reason if I use the AWI palettes it works. I wonder what happened.

I thought I should resurect this thread. I am having problems. I am using photoshop and while I use the same palette (I think) and the off game result looks decent the in-game look is really ugly.
Here are the files I am trying to swap.

.,try using the woman leaderhead's palette instead of him, i guess..
