Unfortunately, also impossible with the modifier system, so I doubt it.

Speaking of specialists, I really hope they become more important again in Civ 7...They're entirely forgettable in Civ 6.

Yeah, the base version of specialists really are brutal. Your Improved Specialists mod makes them usable, but even with the mod, they're still mostly only useful if you don't have tiles on the map to work, or if you haven't gotten around to improving them. I feel like it's really a missing piece of the game, and arguably would be a fantastic way to simulate "Urbanization" more than anything else.

Division" shouldn't be read as "division of the country," but "divisiveness between people".
Yeah but by the time of Sejong it was a dead history. Plus struggle of Taejong only affected royal family and nobility who supported them. Not every day people.
So to call them a " divisiveness of people " is too much. It isn't like sengoku period in Japan.

Sejong looks undoubtedly like the best of the pack, to my eyes. He actually looks like he belongs in the game. The voice acting and animations also look seamless. I'm pretty happy overall. The book is still bland but the characters on the inside makes it more believable. I half expected the pages to be blank...

However, I cannot but say that, from the beginning even and confirmed right now, that Sejong is, in my senses, nothing as a "clone" to Yongle, even far from it. They're very distinct from one another. Faces completely different.
He still looks like he derives from the same model. The clothes probably contribute to that. But I agree the final product does not overall make me think of Yongle when I see him.

But he did look like Yongle, in the second reveal:

The face in the middle looks much closer to Yongle on the right than Sejong on the left, imo.

They did to him what they did to Tokugawa: some very mild changes, in this case the eyelids, which seems to have a considerable effect in the final look.

Indeed, atleast it looks like FXS did. But 1st picture I think eyes just in motion or that angle, don't think they do some mild changes in the final look.

as I await for Sejong's ability to be revealed...
Here is BTS Arirang ( theme of Korea since civ 5) version!
