When trying to make a custom leaderhead for my friend I thought it would be nice to have a easy-to-compare reference of all the numbers in the leaderhead xml. I didn't see it on here, so I thought you guys might find it useful as well. 
Also, I had a question. How would I go about adding a new diplomatic attitude effect? I'm talking about things that give -1 or +1 to attitudes from other leaders like close borders or "You made an arrogant demand!" Suppose I wanted to add a condition like: for every 5 barracks built by Player X, Player Y gets -1 attitude toward Player X. I can't imagine being able to do this with just the XML but I dunno. Could someone point me in the right direction?
