Leaders Faces Not Showing Up

I'm having a small issue with Civilization V on my computer. For the most part, the game works great; maybe it lags a little in some spots, but works great overall. But while I'm talking to another leader, their facial features doesn't show up except for eyes and lips. Everything else shows up okay (scenery, their clothes, etc.), but their facial features (really any skin) doesn't come up. I'm thinking it's a graphics card issue, but I'd thought I'd double check here just to make sure.

You're right about that. Your graphics card hits the minimum requirements, and that's not really enough for the animated leaders. You should probably set the details of the leaders to minimum. You'll then see only static images, but at least you'll see something.
