I have a question about the leaders.
Were there some signicant changes to how they are used from Vanilla?
Cause I can never rush the wonders. Oh I now have the conquests and have the updated version.
Does my city need somthing to allow the leader to rush?

Conquests now has two types of leaders: Military and Scientific.

The MGLs are the same as before except they cannot rush great wonders (they can still rush small wonders). To balance this, armies are now much more powerful than they were previously.

SGLs have a 3% (5% for scientific civs) chance of appearing if you are the first civ to discover a tech. They can rush any building including great wonders, or start an Age of Science. They can be turned off in the game setup.

Ahhhhh.. OK:)
I hadn't realized the science leaders did that. THank you.

I just got conquests and what differences are there in armies? I haven't gotten one yet.
As Randy says they have one extra movement point plus a combat bonus. They are also able to heal in one turn in a city with a barracks. In vanilla/PTW they took several turns to heal (one turn for each injured unit in the army?).

Armies also have free pillage.... oh, and dont use your SGL's for age of sience... it's broken and doesn't work. Use them to rush great wonders instead.

Unfortunately, while armies are much more powerful in C3C, the AI is broken with regards to them. To wit, the AI in C3C never uses MGLs to make armies. It would much rather rush a colloseum or something. In PTW and vanilla, you'd occassionally see an AI army. In C3C, never.

They get an extra move, they can heal quicker and can do so behind enemy lines. Plus they can pillage without any loss to their movement. Later with Military Academy, they get a 25% increase to their attack and defence. On the movement increase, they get one move more than the unit that's in them. So a Cavalry Army would have 4 moves.

Oh yes, they also have Radar (can see two squares), and have the Blitz ability.
