That reminds me of the hamburgers they served in middle school... they were surprisingly bouncy. I always packed on those days...
Though I must be the only non-Swede to be introduced to Swedish food first, and the Swedish Chef second. Incidentally, Swedish meatballs are usually a bit smaller than those... those are closer to the size of... hmm... a tennis ball!
