Lester B. Pearson leaderhead

Hello all!

I've spend the better part of my day creating this new leaderhead for my Canadian civilization, because I don't like either Chretien or Trudeau, and it would irk me to have to see their ugly mugs staring back at me day after day.

I was originally going to do Mackenzie King, but decided to go with Pearson instead.

I know this isn't going to excite many people, since it isn't animated nor is it era-specific, but it's done ala ccm01-style, with all the diplomacy and leaderhead graphics included.

Lester B. Pearson was a pretty good Canadian leader(Suez Canal Crisis).

And plus I am tired of using Lincoln as the leaderhead of Canada just so I don't have to look at the black box instead
