Notable difference is the size of iris. I changed it much smaller than before and recolored it to light skyblue to make Zeus more Godlike. I also engraved a pattern on the medal.

Anything else you are working on?

I don't have any plan to do so far. But to mention one, I'm looking for a nice NifSkope guide for Civ4 BtS. Somehow nifnodes won't unfold correctly when I open leaderheads' resources with the latest NifSkope (1.0.20 r4748).
