Lighthouse of Genoa Wonder

So I really want something Genoese in the game to mirror Venice's presence, since these were two relatively equal Mediterranean powers. The lighthouse of Genoa appears to be a perfect complement the Venetian Arsenal. I think it should be a wonder.

On top of that, I think it should replace the Lighthouse of Alexandria and be moved later in the tech tree. The seven wonders of the ancient world have always seemed to arbitrarily place faith in the opinions of one guy, so I've never respected that canon when clearly other impressive structures existed at the time. And on top of that, the true wonder of Alexandria was always the library. It doesn't need two wonders, lighthouse should be kicked off the canon and replaced with the library.

But digression aside, if any modders are interested I would love a Genoa Lighthouse wonder mod replacing the lighthouse of Alexandria.

Replacing, why replace I ask? I would think another grand wonder would be great for the game. Though I am a long time player and not exactly the best player I guess. I play Prince or slightly above, I have been playing since 1996 or so, civ 2 I began.. Nice idea though I hope someone steps up to make it. We do not have the large number of wonders this world has in it but not in the game. As you stated and again nice idea.

Because the Lighthouse of Genoa is an actual surviving wonder.

The Lighthouse of Alexandria was just part of an arbitrary ancient listicle. And easily the least impressive or necessary on that list.
