I struggled with his accent the first few times I listened to him. But once I got used to it, I discovered that he's quite a funny dude. I like that; it makes things entertaining.

That's also why I enjoyed the Yogscast guys. Personally, I don't mind if they don't play 100% perfectly. Some mistakes here and there are entertaining and even educational. We can learn what not to do just as much as we can learn what to do.
 
Love it so far. Decided to watch quill because he's great with all of the strategy games I play.
 
Watched first Marbozir video, it's great, but i don't see 2nd one, :(, i sure hope it will be up soon, i hope it's not a video a day, or something lame like that... that would be painful to wait. Give us a full game pls.
 
These barbs are no joke. Quill is getting murdered by them.
 
For all those who cannot watch right now, German Gamestar video seems very positive, say it is very addictive. They particularly liked the leaders' agendas (though also talk about a case in which the agendas led to a situation in which noone wanted to interact with them) and the city distric puzzle (though also saying that it is a bit overwhelming at first as you might easily make mistakes that you will only realize many turns later).

Overall they seem very confident, though, that it is pretty much an improved and more in-depth version of what CivV offered in the end (with all expansions). Biggest questionmark for them is AI.
 
I watched the Greece vids on writing bull's channel yesterday (unfortunately only 1 is up now). Barbs didn't seem to be too difficult to deal with.
Yogcast it is now for me.

He said he'd release several videos today, next one 30min from the first one. Seems Marbs is finally taking advantage of momentum. :)
 
Did anyone see a youtube commenting on performance yet? Turn time seems to be ok as far as I could check.
