Little problem

I tried to find some programs what can make FLC. Is there any free, did you look that, what is free program to make FLC's. I wanna make good units, so I wanna have a master's help. This is too... confusing. OK! Please! I need your help.

you need flicster and photoshop or PSP.

Flicster is availbale int he utilities forum.

Per the Files Forums FAQ:

Questions should be made in the appropriate one of Civ3 creation forum, the civ3 general forum, civ3 technical support forum, or in an existing thread in the Files forums.

Yeah. I have Photoshop 6.0 and ImageReady 3.0 but I cannot open FLC file. Is that important? Or when I have made animation, whats then?
