I built heavy horses due to the extra hitpoint, the move 3 horse has only 4 hitpoints as vet initially and since we had no arty support, I felt it was a better chance of survival. now that we have some cats we can change of course.

I was aware of the temples but somehow had no time to slot them in, initially cranked out another settler, then I felt we need to increase spt, so maybe there is time now to slot in 2 temples.
I am guessing we get a lot of things to build soon, we need to slot in 2 mills for production boost, since we will lose the initally boost soon + GA will end.

This is a rate cap exploit. You show have found the game resetting the rate back to 40%. We got extra cash due to the game not fixing the rate until after collecting revenue.
 
Yes I was well aware of that situation w/ the rate cap. I changed it accordingly every turn that I could.

btw, I think we should send a unit S/SE... I really doubt there is anyone there and we could DESPERATELY use such land for the 2nd FP.

Summary:
We also want 4 academies to allow 4 universities to be built. The National Library is a nice piece of culture. We can also use 3 arenas toward Circus Maximus. I get academy #2 built in Lhasa.

After the next wonder it is time for the production buildings. I wanted to get more in before the 750 AD cutoff. The 20K portion continues to improve as the number of turns to the goal is down to 596. We are getting close to the 25K win being possible.


The newly explored lands, and suggested city sites. I already have workers irrigated for yellow dot.

Does that mean you lower science every turn to abuse the rate cap?
 
First, good job at clearing the land of enemies and checking the south.

Second, if by abuse you mean lower science to 0% every turn with TGL still in effect.. then yes. But I only did so when our TGL was churning out techs.

There's 2 russian 4.1.3 horses and a mongol champion in the jungle to the north, russia was the only AI to send units during that set. I think they've just gone to war with someone, as that stack was 4 horses in 730, moved into the fog, and came back with just 2.
