Load problems

when I go into warlords and load the mod (going to advanced, loading it it, etc...) the game closes and the splash screen appear and goes away, but the loading bar for the game never appears. Is this mod not ready for warlords yet, I installed it to my warlords mod folder in my root folder, and i can't think of anything I did wrong. Rhye's 24 civ map loads just fine

It is not ready for Warlords...

It's meant for regular Civ 4. A Warlords release will be available after the current project is finished.
