loading a mod could disable cheats.

I have this problem all the time now in the new patch 3.19. Everytime i load a mod without making a shortcut to it, there is a 50% chance that my cheats will be disabled (automatically change cheat codes = chipotle, to cheat codes= 0). Which is driving me nuts.

either: copy the chipotle line into the mod's .ini or set the civilizationIV.ini to read only could be worth a try...
