Loading Multiple Mods?

Is there any way to load multiple mods into Civ4? Lets say I want to use supeciv AND realfort AND techslow: when i load one the game restarts, when I load the second it boots out the first mod and reloads with the second one I selected only. Is there any way to load 2 or three mods on top if each other without having to modify the XML files of the main game?

This is indeed a major shortcoming of the game's modding system. However, I have a solution for it. Check out this thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=140188

I'm releasing a new version today that fixes most of the problems mentioned there.
